Check out a variety of floor plans for the fully furnished apartments. The kitchen in each plan includes a dining area, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Relax in our clubhouse, equipped with a large-screen projector, kitchen, foosball, pool tables, and Ping-Pong tables.
24-hour computer labs.
No need to pack a printer—we’ve got you covered. Each building has its own computer lab (open all day) with computers and a printer.
Volleyball and basketball courts.
Get a little competitive on the volleyball court or shoot some hoops with friends.
Community events.
Find events on the calendar wall in the clubhouse, keep a close eye on the university Events Calendar, and follow student housing on Instagram for all the latest fun.
Security for your safety.
You will receive three keys when you move in. The first key is a fob that will grant you access to your building, the second is for your apartment, and the third unlocks your room. Also, there is always a resident assistant on call, and the im体育 Police are only a call away.
Student and maintenance staff.
Our student and maintenance staff members are here to help when needed. When you move in, you will get the phone numbers of the student staff members who are on call, and maintenance staff is always available for any unexpected repairs.
